Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a seasoned Sales Manager to drive B2B revenue in Indonesia. The role focuses on expanding existing accounts and acquiring new enterprise clients, coordinating with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing to tailor IT solutions.

Reporting to C-level leadership, you will manage the full sales lifecycle, negotiate complex deals, and lead strategic initiatives to grow contract value while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience selling IT solutions, SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, system integration, or managed services.
• Established B2B client relationships or an enterprise account network in Indonesia is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with existing B2B clients.
• Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities across existing accounts.
• Develop strategic account growth plans to increase contract value and customer lifetime value.
• Identify and acquire new enterprise clients through prospecting, referrals, networking, and direct business development.
• Build and maintain a healthy, qualified, and sustainable sales pipeline.
• Lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
