Job summary

PT. Qualita Indonesia is seeking a senior sales leader in Jakarta to define and execute strategies that drive revenue and growth in IT solutions and digital services.

You will lead a high-performing sales team, expand strategic accounts, and nurture relationships with corporate, banking, retail, and technology customers. The role requires a deep network, strong negotiation and leadership, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
• Identify new business opportunities and market expansion potential
• Leverage an established business network to generate new leads and strategic business opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and market trends to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align business goals
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for BOD.
• Develop long-term partnerships and strategic accounts to maximize revenue and customer retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Solution / Technology / Digital Solution / System Integration / Managed Services or related industries.
• Strong and established business network, particularly with corporate, enterprise, banking, retail, technology, or other strategic accounts.
• Proven ability to open new markets, generate business opportunities, build sales pipelines, and close high-value deals.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen
• Experience in the services/outsourcing industry is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
