Job summary

Hyppies is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Fintech & E-commerce space. You will build strong relationships with SME owners, distributors, and e-commerce merchants while identifying new opportunities and guiding clients from onboarding to ongoing success.

The role requires analytical, proactive individuals who can work independently in a fast-paced environment, with fluency in Indonesian, English, and Mandarin preferred.

Qualifications

Experience in Business Development, Account Management, Client Success, or Consultative Sales.
Background in Fintech, SaaS, E-commerce, Digital Platforms, or SME solutions preferred.
Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Analytical, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Languages: Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with SME owners, distributors, brand owners, and e-commerce merchants.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Support client onboarding and ongoing account success.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct market research and analyse industry trends.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience.
