• Develop and execute growth strategies to drive merchant acquisition, activation, engagement, and transaction volume.
• Conduct end-to-end data analysis to identify opportunities to improve merchant adoption, usage, and overall business performance.
• Identify product gaps and opportunities for product improvements and enhancements that can improve merchant experience, adoption, and transaction volume.
• Translate merchant and business needs into actionable product improvement initiatives, working closely with Product and relevant stakeholders from ideation through implementation.
• Lead end-to-end growth initiatives from opportunity identification and strategy development through execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery.
• Conduct performance analysis, user/merchant research, and competitor benchmarking to identify market opportunities and inform growth and product strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, business development, growth, process improvement, business planning, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify opportunities for process, product, and operational improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable business and growth initiatives.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage initiatives end-to-end, from identifying opportunities and developing strategies to execution and delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across teams.
• Professional fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
