Hyppies is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Fintech & E-commerce space. You will build strong relationships with SME owners, distributors, and e-commerce merchants while identifying new opportunities and guiding clients from onboarding to ongoing success.

The role requires analytical, proactive individuals who can work independently in a fast-paced environment, with fluency in Indonesian, English, and Mandarin preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Account Management, Client Success, or Consultative Sales.
• Background in Fintech, SaaS, E-commerce, Digital Platforms, or SME solutions preferred.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Languages: Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin.
