Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years in engineering/manufacturing.
• Experience in heavy industries with a strong regional network.
• Knowledge of rotary and linear bearings and basic electrical direct drives.
• Strong sales drive with project management and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement area sales strategy in coordination with the Central Indonesia Sales Manager.
• Provide technical/engineering and service support to distributors and customers.
• Deliver value with an engineering-based sales approach, considering TCO.
• Support training and product promotion to distributors and end users.
• Visit sites to observe technical details and secure bearing supply.
• Report market and competitor information to management.
• Achieve sales objectives and expand customer relationships in the area.
