Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
• 5–10 years of full-cycle MRO procurement and sales experience in Southeast Asia or Indonesia.
• Fluent in Chinese and business English for negotiations with suppliers and clients.
• Familiar with Indonesian import customs, tax rules, and local industrial product channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead MRO category procurement and sales in Indonesia across general supplies, tools, PPE and chemicals.
• Engage with local and Chinese suppliers, formulate category supply solutions, drive revenue and gross margin.
• Research local market prices and channels, optimize cross-border and local sourcing to cut costs and improve margins.
• Manage supplier lifecycle: onboarding, performance assessments, payment terms, post-sale quality control.
• Produce reports on inventory, revenue and gross profit; coordinate with supply chain and warehousing teams.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to implement localized procurement strategies and grow Jakarta customer base.
