Job summary

PT. Schaeffler Solutions Indonesia seeks a seasoned sales leader to grow the distributor-driven business in Indonesia.

You will manage the product portfolio through distributors, achieve sales targets, and build strong relationships with distributors and key end customers. You will organize technical seminars with Marketing and MRO teams, develop distributor partners, review quarterly performance, and help shape regional pricing and market strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree required and proven leadership in industrial distribution or channel management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with distributors and customers.
• Ability to develop and implement pricing strategies and market expansion plans.
• Experience in matrix organizations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and promote Schaeffler’s product portfolio through distributors.
• Achieve the sales and profit targets for the Distribution Business in Indonesia.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key end customers.
• Increase market share through distributors and end-user sales.
• Support distributors in winning contracts with their customers.
• Organize product and technical seminars with Marketing and MRO Sales teams.
• Develop distribution partners and improve their sales performance.
• Review distributor performance quarterly and manage conflicts in the channel.
