Job summary

Manulife is seeking a senior communications leader in Jakarta to steer distribution communications, campaigns, and leadership storytelling. You will partner with Distribution leaders and cross-functional teams to drive adoption, engagement, and strategic outcomes across the organization.

The role emphasizes governance of agent-facing platforms and development of content that supports product launches, recruitment, and digital adoption. Hybrid work arrangement with global teams is offered.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Marketing, Journalism, Writing, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in financial services product knowledge or marketing communications.
• Excellent editing, writing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong collaboration with product management, design, production and compliance.
• Ability to prioritize and solve problems under deadlines.
• Excellent client, colleague, and management communication.
• Positive attitude and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Distribution communication and initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into impactful communication plans and engagement programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness and engagement.
• Drive timely delivery with ownership and quality alignment with business goals.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen leadership visibility and engagement.
• Develop leadership comms assets from strategy to deployment.
• Design communication campaigns for recruitment, productivity, and digital adoption.
• Own content strategy and governance for agent-facing platforms.
