Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for stakeholders.
• Experience with data analytics and data visualization is preferred.
• Experience in growth roles focusing on digital acquisition is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive digital acquisition strategy based on segment behavior, goals, user research, and benchmarking.
• Lead location-based acquisition initiatives with product, marketing, and data science teams to penetrate key markets.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive acquisition for Amarthalink agent network and optimize campaigns across channels.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on paid ads, SEO/ASO performance and overall digital effectiveness.
• Analyze agent network metrics (acquisition rates, location coverage, activity) and provide actionable insights.
• Create dashboards and visuals to communicate trends, successes, and improvement areas.
