Amartha Financial Group is seeking a Digital Growth Specialist to scale our agent network and strengthen Amarthalink's digital footprint. You will shape a data-driven growth strategy, work with product, marketing, and data science teams, and drive location-based and campaign-based acquisition initiatives across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of growth experience with a focus on digital acquisition.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication capabilities.
• Experience with data visualization and digital marketing analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive digital acquisition strategy based on segment behavior and goals.
• Drive location-based acquisition with product, marketing, and data science teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize paid ads, SEO, and ASO for the agent network.
• Analyze agent network performance, including acquisition rates and coverage.

About the Role

As a Digital Growth Specialist on our Strategy & Growth for Agent Network team, you will play a crucial role in scaling our network and enhancing the digital footprint of Amarthalink. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong digital acumen to help us grow and strengthen our presence across various communities. Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive digital acquisition strategy by deeply understanding segment behavior, business goals, user research, and competitor benchmarking
• Drive location-based acquisition initiatives by collaborating with the product, marketing, and data science teams to optimize targeting strategies and drive deep market penetration in key areas.
• Work with marketing to develop and implement robust digital marketing strategies to drive acquisition for the Amarthalink agent network. Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, including paid ads, SEO, and ASO, to ensure optimal reach and engagement.
• Perform in-depth data analysis regarding agent network performance, including metrics on acquisition rates, location coverage, and agent activity.
• Utilize analytical tools to create detailed reports and visualizations that highlight trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
• Track & monitor key acquisition metrics, including installs, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Coordinate with relevant teams to manage and allocate budgets for digital marketing initiatives effectively.
• Ensure that spending on digital channels delivers optimal ROI and contributes to the strategic growth objectives.
• Work closely with other teams within the Strategy & Growth department to align digital strategies with overall business goals.
• Prepare regular reports for the team that provide insights into the digital performance and strategic recommendations for further growth.
• Gather insight and collaborate initiatives across multiple functions (product, data, marketing, researcher)

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Over 3 years of experience in growth, with a focus on digital acquisition.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
• Superior presentation and communication skills, capable of effectively conveying insights and strategies to stakeholders
• Strong background in data analytics
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the retail or telecommunications sector, particularly in managing or growing agent networks.
• Advanced skills in data visualization, data analytics tools and digital marketing analytics tools.
• Knowledgeable in digital acquisition fundamentals, trends and best practices is preferable
