Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in performance marketing, customer lifecycle management, or digital adoption initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement growth marketing strategies for customer acquisition and retention across products and mobile app.
• Lead digital adoption efforts to drive installs, registrations, and sustained usage.
• Oversee performance marketing campaigns and lifecycle initiatives to meet KPIs using data insights.
• Partner with product, business development, and customer experience teams to align marketing with product roadmaps and ensure smooth campaign implementation.
• Use analytics to monitor customer behavior and campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
