Fore Coffee is seeking a Data Analyst Lead to own business performance reporting and analytics across weekly and monthly leadership reviews. You will drive clear narratives that highlight what moved, why, and recommended actions, while monitoring key KPIs and flagging anomalies.

You will lead deep-dive analyses on acquisition, retention, pricing, promotions, and store/channel performance, and oversee dashboards and data quality in collaboration with Data Engineering.

Qualificações

• Own the metric layer: one definition per KPI, documented and consistent across reports and dashboards.
• Govern the Metabase dashboard portfolio, including standards, access by role, and retirement of unused dashboards.
• Partner with Data Engineering on the ClickHouse platform, ensuring tables and dashboards are trusted.

Responsabilidades

• Own the weekly and monthly performance reviews for Fore Coffee leadership, from data pull to final narrative.
• Make every report lead with the so what: what moved, why it moved, and what the business should do next.
• Monitor core KPIs (GMV, transactions, AOV, new and returning users, store and channel performance) and flag anomalies before leadership.
