Job summary

Fore Coffee is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive data-based decisions across our coffee, bakery, and digital platforms. You will shape growth strategy, customer journeys, and promotions with reliable insights working alongside Strategy, Commercial, Product, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams.

You will build executive dashboards, monitor engagement, and perform deep-dive analyses to explain movements and recommend actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide performance tracking across sales, profit, customer retention, promotions, and store productivity
• Partner closely with the Strategy team to support strategic planning, business reviews, and key company-wide decisions
• Support Strategy, Commercial, and Product teams with insights to improve pricing, promotions, store performance, and customer experience
• Analyze voucher, campaign, and discount performance to identify what increases GMV without hurting margins
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and weekly performance reports using tools such as Looker Studio and Metabase
• Monitor app and customer engagement using tracking platforms such as CleverTap and AppsFlyer to guide product decisions
• Partner with the Data Engineering and Data Science teams to build and maintain reliable data models and pipelines using dbt, supporting accurate, scalable analysis
• Perform deep-dive analysis to explain business movements and recommend actions
• Support Product and App teams with funnel, cohort, and feature impact analysis
• Improve the customer journey and provide insights that help drive key business metrics
• Mentor and support junior Data Analysts to deliver high-quality insights

The Role: Senior Data Analyst will be a key person to drive data-based decision making across our coffee, bakery, and digital businesses. This role plays a key part in shaping growth strategy, promotion effectiveness, customer retention, customer journey using data. This person will work closely with Strategy, Commercial, Product, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure every major decision is backed by clear and reliable insights.
