Job summary

PT Kapal Api Global is seeking a Data Analyst Supervisor to lead data strategy, governance, and insights delivery. You will oversee end-to-end data analysis, including Nielsen RMS and sales data, and spearhead dashboards and visualization initiatives.

The role requires a strong background in data tools (Power BI, Tableau) and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions in a FMCG context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field; minimum GPA 3.00.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a data strategy aligned with business goals, enforcing data governance for accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Collaborate with IT to maintain data infrastructure and integrate data from various sources.
• Oversee end-to-end data analysis of Retail Audit (Nielsen RMS), sales reports, social media, and research data; lead dashboards and visualizations.
• Define, track, and align KPIs with business objectives to measure initiative performance.
• Utilize predictive analytics and develop analytical models with cross-functional teams for strategic decisions.
• Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
