Job summary

PT Akarsa Garment Indonesia, part of the Akarsa Heksa Bersaudara holding group, seeks a senior operations leader to drive group-wide strategy and oversee manufacturing and construction activities. You will monitor performance across quality, cost, delivery, and profitability, and lead senior operational leaders to achieve growth and efficiency targets.

The role requires 15+ years in operations with at least 5 years in GM/Director/Head roles, preferably within garment or related industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 15+ years in operations/manufacturing/PMO.
• Minimum 5 years in GM/Director/Head of Operations/COO level.
• Experience managing multiple units/sites across value chains.
• Deep understanding of planning, cost control, productivity and quality.
• Experience in garment, footwear, construction or related industries is preferred.
• Cross-industry experience is highly preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop group operational strategy and performance.
• Oversee operations across manufacturing and construction.
• Monitor performance across quality, cost, delivery, productivity and profitability.
• Lead GM/Head-level operational leaders across business units.
• Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization and continuous improvement.
• Develop SOPs, KPIs, governance across the group.
• Optimize manpower, capacity, material and other resources.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional operational issues.
• Ensure capabilities support growth and revenue targets.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to Board/Management.
