Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in garment industry with 3–5 years in a senior managerial role.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, productivity improvement, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee overall factory operations to achieve production, quality, delivery, and profitability targets.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor production performance, capacity utilization, and workforce productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate closely with Production, PPIC, Quality, HR, Purchasing, and Finance departments.
• Manage budgets and expenditure, and track business performance indicators.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

We are currently looking for experienced professionals to join our team as General Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the garment industry, with at least 3–5 years in a senior managerial role
• Strong experience in budgeting, cost control, productivity improvement, and profit & loss (P&L) management
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage end-to-end factory operations
• Familiar with production management systems, quality control, and cost efficiency
• Able to work under pressure and meet business targets and deadlines
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
