Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business or related field.
• 10–15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial/senior leadership position.
• Experience in managing end-to-end business operations and driving business development.
• Preference for experience in manufacturing, furniture, consumer goods, retail, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, P&L, budgeting, cost control, KPI, and operational excellence.
• Proven ability to lead projects from planning to execution and completion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end business operations to achieve targets.
• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support expansion.
• Take overall responsibility for business performance, revenue, profitability, P&L, and KPI achievement.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure execution and excellence.
• Plan, manage, and oversee projects from planning through execution and completion.
• Drive productivity, cost efficiency, quality improvement, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients, providing insights to top management.
