• Responsible for profitability in their own working area
• Ensure the implementation of operational strategies in the work area to achieve company goals
• Controlling and managing operational activities in goal-oriented work areas
• Ensures the operation inputs and operation outputs in the work area according to the company's goals
• Monitoring all operational activities to improve productivity, efficiency, effectiveness and continuous improvement in all areas of work area
• Responsible in organizing and fostering and optimizing all resources in the work area to achieve company goals
• Make decisions and provide quick and precise responses to any problems that require input to achieve customer satisfaction (internal and external).
• Plan, develop and empower existing human resources and anticipate the needs of human resources (new blood, if required) in the work area on an ongoing basis
• Responsible for ensuring infrastructure and facilities for palm oil are completed as planned.
• Look for expansion opportunities in scope and propose to the CEO
• Ensure audit findings are followed up
• Managing relationships with outsiders such as Governments, Nonprofits, Unions, Communities etc.
