Job summary

PT Akarsa Garment Indonesia, part of the Akarsa Heksa Bersaudara holding group, seeks a senior operations leader to drive group-wide strategy and oversee manufacturing and construction activities. You will monitor performance across quality, cost, delivery, and profitability, and lead senior operational leaders to achieve growth and efficiency targets.

The role requires 15+ years in operations with at least 5 years in GM/Director/Head roles, preferably within garment or related industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 15+ years in operations/manufacturing/PMO.
• Minimum 5 years in GM/Director/Head of Operations/COO level.
• Experience managing multiple units/sites across value chains.
• Deep understanding of planning, cost control, productivity and quality.
• Experience in garment, footwear, construction or related industries is preferred.
• Cross-industry experience is highly preferred and beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Group operational strategy and performance

• Monitor business unit performance across quality, cost, delivery, productivity, and profitability
• Lead and evaluate GM/Head-level operational leaders across business units
• Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement
• Develop SOP, KPI, operational control, and governance across the Group
• Optimize manpower, capacity, material, and other operational resources
• Identify and resolve cross-functional and cross-business operational issues
• Ensure operational capabilities support Group growth and revenue targets
• Provide strategic operational insights and recommendations to the Board/Management

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Civil Engineering, -business Management, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in Operations / Manufacturing / Project / Business Operations
• Minimum 5 years in GM / Director / Head of Operations / COO level
• Strong experience managing multiple business units, sites, or functions
• Strong understanding of operational planning, cost control, productivity, quality, supply chain, procurement, and project management
• Experience in manufacturing/garment, footwear, construction, or related industries
• Cross-industry operational experience is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and execution skills
