Job summary

PT Inovasi Sukses Persada in Sukabumi, Indonesia, seeks a senior manufacturing leader to oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring activities run effectively and efficiently in alignment with company targets and business strategy.

You will manage production processes, quality control, warehouse, supply chain, and distribution; drive KPI development, cost control, and continuous improvement to achieve high productivity while maintaining quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
• Extensive experience leading factory/manufacturing operations at senior management level.
• Experience in food and beverage or FMCG industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop manufacturing operational strategy aligned with targets and business strategy.
• Oversee production processes, quality control, warehouse, supply chain, and distribution.
• Ensure achievement of production targets, product quality, and cost efficiency.
• Optimize use of resources and production facilities; monitor KPIs and performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous process improvements.
• Develop systems and standards to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety, OH&S and regulations.
• Control operational costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
