Job summary

Traveloka is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the Collections/Analytics function in Indonesia. You will oversee reporting, strategy development, and cross-functional collaboration with Risk, Fraud, and Product teams to drive data-driven improvements.

The role emphasizes hands-on data mining (SQL/Tableau), process documentation, and leadership of multiple projects while ensuring compliance with financial services regulations. Strong communication in English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience, and minimum 3 years in managerial position from Financial Industry (Banking/Multifinance/Fintech/Insurance)
• Bachelor degree majoring in Data Science/IT/Management (Master degree is a plus)
• Expertise in Collection; Risk and Fraud experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of financial services regulatory environment
• Outstanding knowledge in Strategic & Process Development and MIS
• Experience with data mining and large datasets using SQL or Tableau
• Ability to document processes and manage full project lifecycle
• Ability to adapt across industries and lead teams
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Manage collection unit Reporting & Analytics and Strategic & Process Development workflows and systems
• Analyze and synthesize collection data into improvement recommendations considering cost, benefit and impact
• Review collection process and numbers at macro and micro levels
• Oversee dashboard collection metrics for monitoring and analytics
• Collaborate with Risk, Fraud and Product teams on serial/ad hoc analyses
• Formulate collection strategy and translate into actionable steps
• Lead multiple collection projects using standard project management approaches
• Collaborate with Data Analytics & Product Manager to deliver outputs like product reviews
• Ensure collection process changes are updated in Change Management and SOPs
