Job summary

Traveloka is seeking a Principal Accom Data Analyst to join its Accommodation team in Jakarta. You will own the operational analytics plan and drive data-driven decisions across markets, influencing growth and efficiency.

You will build advanced models, experiments, and data products using Tableau, Looker, and Power BI, mentor peers, and communicate with executives in English. A quantitative degree and 8+ years of analytics experience are required.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant analytics experience is required.
• Expertise in SQL, BI tools, advanced analytics methods, segmentation, experimentation, and modelling.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the operational analytics plan for Accommodation across markets.
• Build advanced models, segmentations, and experiments to guide business decisions.
• Enhance metrics definitions, data pipelines, and analytical processes.
• Persuade senior stakeholders with evidence-based recommendations.
• Mentor other analysts as a senior contributor without management duties.
