Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics experience.
• Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., math, stats, CS).
• 7+ years in analytics, BI, or data science with strong business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the operational analytics plan for the Accommodation area.
• Bill dashboards, pipelines, and data products trusted as source of truth.
• Build advanced models, segmentation, and experiments to guide decisions.
• Engage senior stakeholders with evidence-based recommendations.
• Mentor peers as a senior individual contributor, without people management.
