Job summary

Traveloka is seeking an experienced Analytics Manager for Collections in Indonesia to drive reporting, analytics, and strategic process development across workflows and system solutions.

You will analyze large data sets with SQL and Tableau, translate insights into actionable steps, oversee multiple collection projects, and collaborate with Data Analytics and Product teams to deliver continuous improvement and strong governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Financial Industry (Banking/Multifinance/Fintech/Insurance)
• Bachelor degree in Data Science/IT/Management; Master is a plus
• Expertise in Collection; risk/fraud knowledge is a plus
• Strong understanding of financial services regulations
• Excellent MIS and strategic/process development experience
• Hands-on data mining with SQL; Tableau knowledge advantageous
• Familiar with process documentation and full cycle project management
• Able to adapt from current industry to lending business
• Strong people management and fast adaptation to new environments
• Proficient in English (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Manage the Reporting & Analytics and Strategic & Process Development for the collection unit
• Analyze and synthesize collection data into improvement recommendations considering cost, benefit, and impact
• Review collection processes and numbers with attention to detail across sequences
• Oversee dashboard collection metrics for monitoring and analytics
• Conduct serial and ad hoc analyses and collaborate with Risk-Fraud-Product teams
• Formulate collection strategy and translate into actionable steps
• Manage multiple collection projects using standard PM approaches
• Collaborate with Data Analytics and Product Manager to deliver collection product reviews and development
• Ensure collection process changes are updated in Change Management & SOPs

Job description

• Responsible in managing collection unit Reporting & Analytics and Strategic & Process Development both workflow and system solutions
• Analyze & synthesize collection data into improvement recommendation by considering cost, benefit, and impact analysis
• Able to review collection process and number in the big picture, meanwhile paying attention to detail of each sequence
• Overseeing dashboard collection metrics for monitoring and analytic purposes
• Conduct serial analysis & ad hoc that not limited only to Collections, but also collaborate with Risk-Fraud-Product team
• Able to formulate collection strategy & processes and translate into actionable steps
• Manage multiple collection projects by following standard project management approaches
• Working closely with Data Analytics team & Product Manager in order to deliver output: collection product review & development
• Overseeing and ensure any collection process changes updated into Change Management & Standard Operating Procedures

Qualification

• Have minimum 7 years of experience, and minimum 3 years of experience in managerial position from Financial Industry (Banking/Multifinance/Fintech/Insurance)
• Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Data Science/IT/Management (Master degree is a plus)
• Expertise in Collection. Expertise in other areas like Risk and Fraud will be a plus
• Have a good understanding in financial services regulatory
• Have outstanding knowledge in Strategic & Process Development and MIS area
• Hands on intechnical experience to be able conduct data mining and analyzing large datasets by using SQL and/or have a knowledge in Tableau will be an advantage
• Have an intermediate understanding of AI usage in daily tasks
• Familiar with process documentation and project management (full cycle)
• Fast learner and able to switch fundamental understanding from his/her current industries expertise into Lending Business
• Have a strong people management skills and quick adaptation in new environment
• Able to communicate in English both verbal and written
