Job summary

Traveloka is seeking a senior analytics leader in Jakarta to own and deliver the operational analytics plan for the Accommodation domain. You will tackle complex problems across operational, financial, and people dimensions, building advanced models and experiments to guide business direction.

You will raise the bar on metrics, pipelines, and analytics processes, persuading senior stakeholders with evidence and mentoring peers as a senior IC.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics experience in relevant fields.
• Deep expertise in SQL, BI tools, segmentation, experimentation and modelling.
• Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems across ops, finance and people.
• Design and interpretation of experiments to high standards.
• Build dashboards, pipelines and data products trusted as truth.
• Influence senior leaders and shape business strategy with analysis.
• Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent.
• English executive presence with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the operational analytics plan for the Accommodation domain.
• Tackle complex problems spanning operational, financial, and human-capital impact.
• Build advanced models, segmentations, and experiments to set direction.
• Enhance metrics, pipelines, and analytical processes within project teams.
• Persuade senior stakeholders with evidence, even when decisions rest elsewhere.
• Set the rigour bar for analytics across a broad surface and lead by expertise.
• Mentor other analysts as a senior IC, without people management accountability.
