Job summary

goldenagri is seeking an experienced finance/operations controller to provide oversight across Capex project controlling, spend monitoring, and feasibility studies. The role supports the Head Office Controller and coordinates with internal and external parties to ensure timely resolution of issues.

The candidate will review projects, monitor budgets, and contribute to governance improvements, with willingness to travel to refineries or sites as required. Based at Head Office, Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 8 year(s) of proven and relevant experience in Operations Controlling, Project Controlling, Procurement Controls, or Compliance-related roles, preferably within plantation, oleochemical, or infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with ability to identify risks and control gaps.
• High attention to detail with a structured and objective approach.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Capex project budgets and spending, timelines, and performance against plan; flag deviations early.
• Support feasibility studies and provide analysis, data, and documentation.
• Prepare the Quarterly Capex Report and compute Project Benefit (Actual vs FS).
• Perform monthly OSM & MUP performance reviews and assist with contract-related issues.
