Golden Agri Resources seeks a senior professional to lead Capex project controlling at head office level in Jakarta. You will monitor budgets, spending, and timelines, ensuring alignment with forecasts and delivering timely deviation flags.
You will also support feasibility studies, prepare quarterly Capex reports, and drive procurement governance improvements while building trusted stakeholder relationships.
This role provides operational, financial, and project oversight support to the Head of HO Controller across Capex Project Controlling, Control Project spending, OSM and MUP performance monitoring, feasibility studies, and document review, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up across these workstreams.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, or Accounting from a reputable university.
Minimum of 8 year(s) of proven and relevant experience in Operations Controlling, Project Controlling, Procurement Controls, or Compliance-related roles, preferably within the plantation, oleochemical, or infrastructure industry.
Demonstrated ability to excel in Capex Project Controlling - monitor project budgets, control project spending, monitor timelines, and performance against plan, and flagging deviations early
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify risks and control gaps.
High attention to detail with a structured and objective approach.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple reviews simultaneously.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey findings clearly and constructively.
Willing to be based at Head Office, Jakarta, with readiness to travel to refineries / sites when required.
