The role involves reviewing business processes, implementing controls, providing strategic analysis for replanting and new investments, and coordinating with internal audit to address findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Operations Controller; plantation exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review significant business processes and implement/strengthen controls to address identified risks and streamline procedures.
• Provide strategic business analysis for replanting projects or new investment initiatives in estate/mill as required by Business Unit Head.
• Review and analyze costs regularly on PSM level and propose continuous improvement steps.
• Ensure Plantation Cost (CTM) aligns with RAP.
• Monitor policy and procedure implementation; participate in negotiations.
• Follow up on Operation Internal Audit findings and communicate prevention of fraud & optimum control across operations.
• Review margin of FFB purchases and coordinate with FFB Purchase.
