Job summary

PT. ETEX BUILDING PERFORMANCE INDONESIA is seeking a Plant Controller to lead the finance function in a multinational manufacturing group. You will analyze cost and revenue drivers to improve operating performance and enforce strong financial controls in a dynamic team.

The role requires IFRS/GAAP knowledge, English fluency, SAP and MS Office proficiency, and a track record in management accounting. You will drive monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, support audits, and ensure tax

Qualifications

• 4+ years in general and management accounting in a large manufacturing or multinational company
• Knowledge of Indonesia GAAP/IFRS
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Experience from a Big Five Public Accountant Office is preferable
• SAP knowledge and MS Office proficiency
• Detail-oriented, good planner and communication skills
• Experience in an international company and dynamic team
