Job summary

Golden Agri Resources seeks a skilled FP&A professional to lead financial planning and reporting at its Jakarta head office. The role focuses on performance analysis, P&L, balance sheet, and variance reviews to support business decisions.

You will partner with sales and operations, handle large data sets, and deliver timely reports with strong communication. Fluent English required; Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Minimum 3 years of FP&R experience.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets.
• Strategic thinking and time management.
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency with SAP or S4 Hana.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Willing to be located at Head Office Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Management Financial Performance reports such as Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet.
• Conduct analytical review for sales volume, COGM, and OPEX.
• Provide analysis and financial planning & reporting aligned with business strategy.
• Prepare financial analysis and variance analyses reports in a timely and accurate manner, including profit/loss analysis and cost analyses.
