Job summary

Brink’s is looking for a driven Business Development professional to expand high‑value logistics opportunities in Indonesia. You will build strategic relationships with corporates, banks, and partners, and lead proposals, pricing, and SLA negotiations.

You’ll collaborate with Operations, Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure feasible implementations and sustained growth. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in Business Development or Sales within

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in High Value Logistics, secure logistics, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of security, risk, and compliance in logistics operations.
Result-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in High Value / Secure Logistics.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, banks, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Coordinate with Operations, Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure service feasibility and implementation.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs.
Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and regular performance reports.
