Job summary

Brink’s Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to identify and grow opportunities in High Value / Secure Logistics. You will build relationships with corporate clients, banks, and partners, and lead proposals and tenders.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in BD or sales, with strong communication, negotiation, and independent-work capabilities. You’ll coordinate with risk and compliance teams to ensure feasible deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in High Value Logistics or secure logistics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of security, risk, and compliance in logistics operations.
• Results-driven and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in High Value / Secure Logistics.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, banks, financial institutions, and partners.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate with Operations, Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure service feasibility and implementation.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and regular performance reports.
