Job summary

Brink’s is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to identify new opportunities in High Value / Secure Logistics and build relationships with corporate clients, banks, and strategic partners. You will prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and SLAs, and coordinate with Operations, Security, Risk, and Compliance to ensure feasible implementations.

The role emphasizes market analysis, pipeline management, and regular performance reporting to drive growth in a global secure logistics

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in High Value Logistics, secure logistics, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of security, risk, and compliance in logistics operations.
Result-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in High Value / Secure Logistics.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, banks, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Coordinate with Operations, Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure service feasibility and implementation.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs.
Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and regular performance reports.
