Job summary

Maxitherm Boilers Indonesia is seeking a results-driven sales professional to pursue and nurture relationships with prospective customers, deliver compelling presentations, and guide the sales process to closure. You will meet targets set by your supervisor, maintain the customer database, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth proposals.

The ideal candidate has an engineering background (S1/D3 in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Civil), at least five years of B2B sales

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Seek and build relationships with prospective customers.
• Conduct sales offers and follow through on proposals to close deals.
• Meet targets set by supervisor/management.
• Maintain customer database records and coordinate with other departments.
