Job summary

PT Vision and Young seeks an accomplished Sales Manager to lead growth in electrical, mechanical, and automation systems for industrial projects in Tangerang Selatan.

You will drive strategies, manage a high-performance team, and coordinate with engineering to produce tender docs while building relationships with contractors, consultants, and owners.

The role requires a strong track record in B2B sales, leadership, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation.
• Minimum 5 years in Sales Manager or Lead Sales in electrical, mechanical, or automation sectors.
• Strong network with MEP contractors, consultants, and project owners.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and proficient English for business communication.
• Proven leadership and strong negotiation skills; willing to travel.

Job description

Develop and execute sales strategies, revenue targets, and market penetration plans for electrical, mechanical, and automatic control system solutions

Identify new project opportunities, lead technical presentations, and manage commercial negotiations through to closing

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including contractors, consultants, and project owners

Lead, mentor, and evaluate the sales team to ensure individual and collective targets are met

Collaborate with the engineering/technical team to prepare tender documentations, cost estimations, and formal proposals

About you

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Lead Sales in the electrical, mechanical, automatic control systems (automation/HVAC/industrial control), or related B2B sectors

Strong understanding of Automatic Control Systems, Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS), PLC/SCADA, switchgears, HVAC, or other industrial mechanical/electrical equipment

Proven track record and strong network with MEP contractors, engineering consultants, system integrators, and industrial/commercial project owners

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (both written and spoken) for business communications

Strong leadership, high-level negotiation, and solid problem-solving skills

Target-driven with a strong background in B2B and project-based sales environments

Valid driver's license (SIM A/C) and willing to travel for business as required
