The role requires a minimum D3, 2+ years in account management, strong networking, and the ability to meet targets while handling pressurized environments. Based in Medan with on-site work.

Formación

• Minimum D3 education from all majors.
• Experience in Internet Service Provider/IT/Telecommunications industry.
• At least 2 years of work experience as an Account Manager/B2B Sales.
• Strong networking and customer prospecting/management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to meet targets and work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Identify sales opportunities with customers you manage (contract updates, upselling, cross-selling).
• Ensure customer satisfaction with services provided by the company.
• Analyze data to identify potential customer needs, interests, or concerns for marketing strategies.
• Review customer activity reports to identify opportunities to increase sales or retain customers.
• Achieve or exceed annual sales targets set for the role.
• Communicate regularly with clients about new products or services that may interest them.
• Negotiate contracts with customers to establish terms of cooperation.
