Asia Serv Indonesia seeks a Business Development Lead – Asset Integrity to drive growth and expand the asset integrity portfolio across Indonesia's Oil & Gas sectors. You will identify opportunities in Upstream, Midstream and Downstream, develop strategies, and lead negotiations.

You will lead tendering activities, build strategic partnerships with clients and key stakeholders, and hand over projects to Operations.

Formación

Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Development within Oil & Gas Upstream and/or Downstream sectors.
Experience in related industries such as petrochemical, chemical, refinery, power plant, or steel industries is preferred.
Knowledge or experience in Asset Integrity Management and Operations is an advantage.
Strong understanding of tendering processes and commercial negotiations.

Responsabilidades

Lead end-to-end business development from market screening to handover to Operations.
Identify and develop new opportunities across Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream sectors.
Expand market share, secure new agreements, and establish strategic partnerships with stakeholders.
Lead tendering activities, prepare commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners and key decision-makers.
