Mubadala Energy is seeking a Head of HSSE & Asset Integrity to lead all Health, Safety, Security, Environment, Asset Integrity, and ESG functions across the Indonesia Business Unit. The role drives regulatory compliance, HSSE excellence, and sustainability while safeguarding people, assets, environment, and operations.

The executive reports to senior leadership and provides strategic direction, governance, and assurance for safe and compliant upstream oil & gas operations, enabling business

Qualifications

• Experience leading HSSE teams in upstream oil & gas
• Proven ability to drive risk management and process safety
• Strong governance and regulatory compliance experience
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead HSSE, Asset Integrity, and ESG strategies across Indonesia operations
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations, SKK Migas, and ISO standards
• Drive HSSE culture and no-harm leadership across employees and contractors
• Oversee risk management, incident prevention, investigations, and assurance programmes
• Develop and execute business continuity plans and crisis management readiness
• Oversee ESG initiatives and carbon reduction strategies
• Manage budgets, resources, and workforce planning for HSSE & AI
