Job summary

Mubadala Energy Indonesia seeks a strategic leader to head HSSE & Asset Integrity. You will drive health, safety, security, environment, asset integrity, and ESG functions across the Indonesia Business Unit, ensuring regulatory compliance and sustainable operations.

You will report to senior leadership, shaping governance, risk management, and continuous improvement while coordinating with government authorities and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of HSSE/Asset Integrity leadership experience in upstream oil & gas.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary HSSE teams and working with government authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSSE, Asset Integrity, and ESG strategies aligned with standards and regulations.
• Provide governance and policy framework across HSSE & AI functions.
• Drive safety culture and no-harm leadership across employees and contractors.
• Oversee risk management, incident prevention, and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations, SKK Migas, and ISO management systems.
• Direct Asset Integrity Management across asset lifecycle for safe operations.
• Develop and execute Business Continuity Plans and crisis management readiness.
• Oversee ESG initiatives and sustainability reporting.
• Manage HSSE & AI budgets, resources, and workforce planning.
• Provide regular reporting to leadership and regulators.
• Engage with government authorities and industry stakeholders on HSSE/ESG matters.
• Ensure contractor HSSE management and audits.
