Job summary

Numerator Career Center is seeking a proactive professional in Jakarta to manage client relationships, own account administration, and identify service enhancements. You will coordinate with Directors and delivery teams, evolve deliverables with new technologies, and deliver insightful analysis to support client decisions.

You will also drive personal and team development by creating development plans and tracking progress, contributing to strong client outcomes and ongoing capacity building.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship: Manage day-to-day relationships with key client contacts, while maintaining and growing a strong network across the client organization.
• Account handling: Take ownership of account administration, ensuring effective coordination with Directors and clear communication to account and delivery service teams.
• Service development: Continuously identify opportunities to introduce service enhancements and new ways of working that add value to clients.
• Basic data & tracking: Proactively identify opportunities to evolve our deliverables as new technologies and tools emerge, or as client business priorities and structures change.
• Analysis & insight: Deliver meaningful analysis and actionable insights that support client decision-making.
• Team, people, & self-development: Demonstrate ownership of personal and team development by creating development plans and monitoring progress.
