Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
• At least 2 years in Sales or Account Manager within a related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue account growth opportunities while handling customer service and support activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring responsiveness and strategic alignment.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, budget, and goals.
• Regularly meet with clients to discuss requirements and align plans with their objectives.
• Balance retention and growth with a defined revenue growth goal.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients about updates and opportunities.
• Share insights to help improve clients' business.
• Maintain comprehensive client records, including contracts and invoices.
