Job summary

TRIFECTA is seeking a driven Account Manager to grow our customer base in Indonesia. You will develop new relationships, manage existing accounts, and drive long-term business opportunities from opportunity to payment.

You will coordinate with Presales, Technical, and Operations teams to fulfill orders, monitor delivery, and collect payments while aiming at sales targets and account growth. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or field sales.
• Ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Identify and approach new potential customers and generate opportunities.
• Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Coordinate with Presales, Technical, Operations, and Admin to process orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage end-to-end sales process from opportunity to payment collection.
• Monitor orders and ensure timely delivery and payment.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities.
• Aim to achieve sales targets and account growth.
• Travel to meet customers as needed.
