Job summary

cmlabs, a Jakarta-based SEO SaaS company, seeks an Account Executive to drive new business and build strong client relationships across Indonesia.

You will identify prospects, present proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with marketing to promote our SEO tools and services. A Bachelor's degree and proven sales success are required; travel for client meetings is expected.

Qualifications

Proven sales/account management experience.

Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitors.
Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns promoting products or services.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing to potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
