Job summary

RUPA, Bali-based hospitality and F&B group, seeks a Storekeeper to oversee daily store and warehouse operations. You will manage receiving, storage, and stock issuance with strict QA and FIFO adherence.

Responsibilities include weekly stock counts, variance analysis, ERP data entry, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards across facilities. 1 year in a similar role is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher in Hospitality, Supply Chain, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1 year minimum experience as Storekeeper, Inventory Clerk, or Warehouse staff in hospitality, F&B, or hotel environments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, FIFO, stock opname, and variance tracking.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Docs/Sheets, and hospitality ERP/inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Receiving deliveries from suppliers and inspecting quality, packaging, expiration dates, and temperature (for chilled/frozen items).
• Enforcing FIFO and proper labeling; safe storage of goods; keep 15cm off the floor; raw proteins on bottom shelves.
• Issue stock based on internal requisitions; control main storage areas and walk-in coolers.
• Conduct weekly/monthly full physical counts and daily checks for high-value items; maintain stock records.
• Perform variance analyses to identify loss or shrinkage; collaborate with Purchasing/Cost Control and Finance.
• Input and process inventory data, requisitions, and stock movements in the ERP system.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and hygiene standards in storage facilities.
