Job summary

Riviera Hospitality Group in Bali is seeking a Cost Control Admin to support purchasing, receiving, and inventory administration within a hospitality setting.

You will manage purchase orders, stock movements, wastage, and transfers, assist with stock opname and monthly inventory closing, and prepare basic cost control reports. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with accounting systems (Xero) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• 1 year experience in Accounting, Cost Control, Inventory, or F&B preferred.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with Xero or other accounting systems preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, honest, and responsible.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• F&B/Hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist control with purchasing, receiving, and inventory administration
• Maintain PO, receiving, stock movement, wastage, and transfer item
• Assist with stock opname and monthly inventory closing
• Check and organize supporting documents
• Prepare basic cost control reports and data
• Report discrepancies or unusual transactions to the Supervisor/Head
