RUPA, Bali-based hospitality and F&B group, seeks a Storekeeper to oversee daily store and warehouse operations. You will manage receiving, storage, and stock issuance with strict QA and FIFO adherence.
Responsibilities include weekly stock counts, variance analysis, ERP data entry, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards across facilities. 1 year in a similar role is preferred.
The Storekeeper is responsible for overseeing and managing daily store and warehouse operations at RUPA. The primary role is to manage inventory receiving, storage, stock issuing, quality control, and inventory auditing to ensure optimal stock availability, minimal shrinkage/variance, and smooth operational support across all F&B and operational departments.
Direct Responsibilities:
Receiving & Quality Inspection: Receive deliveries from suppliers (Food & Beverage, dry goods, materials), matching items against Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Notes (DN). Inspect goods for quality, packaging integrity, expiration dates, and temperature compliance (for chilled/frozen items). Record any discrepancies or damages before signing.
Storage & Inventory Organization: Enforce First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory management. Ensure proper labeling (Product Name, Date Received/Opened, Use By Date) and safe storage of goods (keeping food 15cm off the floor, raw proteins on bottom shelves).
Stock Issuing & Requisition: Issue stock based on approved Internal Requisitions / Store Requisitions. Maintain strict control and authorized access over main dry stores, walk-in coolers, and primary storage areas.
Physical Stock Take & Auditing: Conduct weekly/monthly full physical inventory counts (and daily counts for high-value items). Utilize "Shelf-to-Sheet" and count methods to ensure accurate stock records.
Variance & Cost Control: Conduct variance analysis (Theoretical Usage vs. Actual Usage) to identify loss, wastage, or shrinkage, collaborating with Purchasing/Cost Control and Finance to mitigate risks.
System & Administrative Management: Input and process inventory data, requisitions, and stock movements accurately into the inventory/ERP management system.
Sanitation & Safety Standards: Maintain clean, organized, and secure storage facilities in compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Key Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma, vocational degree, or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Inventory Clerk, or Warehouse Staff within hospitality, F&B, or hotel environments minimum 1 year
Strong knowledge of inventory management procedures, FIFO principles, stock opname, receiving inspection, and variance tracking.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Docs/Sheets, and hospitality ERP / inventory management software
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, integrity, and physical fitness to manage stock handling.
