Job summary

Savaya Group in Bali, Indonesia is seeking a Receiving & Storekeeper to manage daily receiving, storage, and stock movement for Zumana and Manuza outlets.

You will verify deliveries against purchase orders, maintain organized storage, apply FIFO/FEFO, and coordinate with Purchasing, Culinary, Bar, Operations, Cost Control, and Finance.

This hands-on, outlet-based role requires high organization, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to fast-paced hospitality operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving and storing goods in hospitality venues.
• Ability to verify deliveries against POs and delivery notes.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and proper storage procedures.
• Strong attention to accuracy, quality, and stock records.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily receiving and store operations for two venues.
• Record and label stock; transfer to storage areas.
• Issue stock to culinary, bar, and operations as needed.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile with records.
• Maintain clean, safe storage areas in line with safety standards.
