Job summary

Boga Group (Jatim) is seeking a Stock Keeper for our Food & Beverage operations to receive, inspect, and store goods according to established standards.

You will record all stock movements, perform regular audits, and ensure accuracy between physical stock and the system while maintaining quality and cleanliness.

This role supports Purchasing and Outlet teams and requires detail-oriented, team-friendly individuals who can work shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Stock Keeper, Warehouse, or Gudang staff, preferably in F&B industry.
• Understanding of basic inventory, stock audits, FIFO/FEFO
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work systematically
• Able to use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Able to work individually and in teams
• Willing to work shift systems in F&B operational environment

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store goods according to storage standards
• Record incoming and outgoing stock accurately
• Conduct periodic stock audits and ensure physical stock matches system records
• Maintain quality, cleanliness, and condition of goods
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Outlet teams regarding stock needs and availability
