Job summary

Savaya Group is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving & Storekeeper for two hospitality venues in Bali. This hands-on role focuses on accurate daily receiving, proper storage, and controlled stock movement across Zumana and Manuza outlets.

You will work with Purchasing, Culinary, Bar, Operations, Cost Control, and Finance to ensure timely receipt, proper storage, and inventory accuracy, while maintaining food safety and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, storing, and stock movement within hospitality venues.
• Strong attention to detail and organized stock controls.
• Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO and proper storage procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily receiving and store operations for two outlets.
• Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Record, label, store, and transfer products to correct storage areas.
• Control stock movement, issuance, and replenishment.
• Monitor product freshness and expiry dates; ensure FIFO/FEFO.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas and cooperate with Cost Control and Finance.
